Custom speakers for furniture
Orlo develops custom speaker for furniture brand CONFORM.
We are very happy to present a new cooperation with the successful swedish furniture company CONFORM, known for their high quality armchairs.
This week CONFORM has launched the new armchair MYPLACE with built-in sound from Orlo at the IMM Cologne furniture fair. It has been possible to listen to the amazing sound in two armchairs and feel how it is to get the great sound around you, without the need for headphones. Perfect sound, you can hear others, and without disturbing anyone.
When we at Orlo first sat down in the first prototype armchair we where astonished by the feeling, despite having listened to our own built-in speakers for many years – a new sensation!
The speakers for CONFORM are developed based on our existing product and sound platform, the Orlo CAB, but with several modifications to adjust it for the application.
